What you will do
- Identify and accelerate high-value strategic account opportunities across NHS, private, and corporate healthcare channels.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships to support national standardization and pathway opportunities.
- Drive cross-portfolio growth initiatives to support the integrated One commercial model.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop data-driven commercial insights and growth planning.
- Lead strategic projects, pilots, and innovative care pathway initiatives to expand market presence.
- Maintain visibility of the partnership pipeline and ensure strong cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- Must have experience in strategic account management, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Proven experience working within healthcare, medtech, or related commercial environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder healthcare sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, marketing, and operational teams.
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships within the NHS or private healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
