What you will do

  • Identify and accelerate high-value strategic account opportunities across NHS, private, and corporate healthcare channels.
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships to support national standardization and pathway opportunities.
  • Drive cross-portfolio growth initiatives to support the integrated One hirify.global commercial model.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop data-driven commercial insights and growth planning.
  • Lead strategic projects, pilots, and innovative care pathway initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Maintain visibility of the partnership pipeline and ensure strong cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in strategic account management, business development, or commercial leadership.
  • Proven experience working within healthcare, medtech, or related commercial environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder healthcare sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, marketing, and operational teams.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships within the NHS or private healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
