What you will do

• Direct overall website strategy to optimize positioning, information structure, and revenue conversion.
• Shape UX across the site, including navigation, content hierarchy, and user flows based on customer data.
• Lead and coach a team of strategists and producers, setting priorities and defining goals.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to plan and launch intuitive website features and templates.
• Manage website integrations and data flows, including CRM systems.
• Monitor performance KPIs and champion an experimentation mindset to optimize usability and speed to conversion.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from Arlington, VA
• 5-7 years of experience leading website strategy or operations, preferably in B2B or SaaS organizations.
• 3-5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and digital user behavior.
• Practical experience with GTM, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, web design tools, and WordPress.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution.
