What you will do

• Own in-product upsell and cross-sell surfaces to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
• Design complex enterprise onboarding flows, including multi-stakeholder setup and guided configuration.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into products to create transformative value rather than incremental improvements.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to synthesize customer feedback, analyze competitors, and rapidly prototype concepts.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to translate GTM data and revenue signals into the strategic product roadmap.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through to development, launch, and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a software/SaaS environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a PM workflow and shipping AI/ML production capabilities.
• Working understanding of foundation models, RAG, agentic workflows, and embeddings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read customer signals as product priorities with dollar values attached.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
