What you will do

• Own a multi-year financial roadmap for the money movement platform, balancing infrastructure health with customer needs.
• Translate dense regulatory and financial concepts (reconciliation, KYC, treasury logic) into intuitive product workflows.
• Drive the money UX by partnering with Design to present balances, payroll pulls, and tax withholdings clearly and transparently.
• Build internal tools with Payroll and Accounting Ops to move money confidently and faster across the network.
• Productize the ledger into a robust Source of Truth for financial reporting and auditing.
• Lead cross-functional advocacy for financial integrity and guide other PMs on safe platform leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in Fintech, Payments, or B2B financial software.
• Strong systems thinking to map how transactions flow across multiple systems and identify product gaps.
• Customer empathy focused on end-user experience for small business owners.
• Technical literacy to discuss API design, data consistency, and how money moves across payment rails.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences and build business cases for infrastructure investments.
• Proven track record turning high-level goals into actionable execution plans for engineering teams.
