What you will do
- Own performance of social paid channels, with a core focus on Meta.
- Scale first orders by continuously optimizing creatives, audiences, campaign setups, and budget allocation.
- Own the social paid creative strategy from developing new creative angles and concepts to scaling winning creatives.
- Build and run structured creative testing frameworks and scalable processes for producing, evaluating, and iterating performance creatives.
- Create creative briefs, hooks, messaging approaches, and UGC concepts in close collaboration with creative, influencer, and content teams.
- Analyze campaign data, derive insights, and execute tests across the acquisition journey (creatives, audiences, campaign structures, placements) while collaborating with analytics, CRM, influencer, product, and country teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building, managing, and scaling social paid campaigns with a strong focus on Meta.
- Proven track record of scaling new customer growth in an e-commerce, DTC, or consumer-focused environment.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPO, conversion rate, and first orders.
- Proven experience developing performance creatives, creative briefs, UGC concepts, and structured creative testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and performance analysis, plus good understanding of attribution, tracking, and modern measurement approaches.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin; business-fluent English (C1 or equivalent).
