What you will do

• Take full ownership of app marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Apple.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs such as ROAS and CPI to enable data-driven decisions.
• Manage budgets, forecast performance, and scale campaigns to maximize results.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to drive continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams on creatives and automation.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, media management, e-commerce, or a related field.
• 1.5+ years of experience in app marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Hands-on experience with Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, App Stores, or Smartly.
• English: C1 (Excellent) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
