Field Marketing Specialist (LegalTech)

TL;DR

Field Marketing Specialist (LegalTech): Driving high-impact regional marketing experiences across EMEA and APAC with an accent on executive roundtables, client dinners, and flagship tradeshows. Focus on delivering concierge-level event execution, managing complex logistics, and optimizing event performance to support sales pipeline goals.

Location: Hybrid role based in London, with expectations to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and on-the-ground delivery of regional events including tradeshows, ABX activations, and VIP dinners.
• Source venues, curate menus, and manage guest experiences with a concierge-level approach.
• Manage all event logistics including AV, catering, branded merchandise, and travel coordination.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align events with business priorities.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, venue partners, and event organizers across EMEA and APAC.
• Analyze event performance against KPIs and contribute data-driven recommendations for future programming.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or corporate event management.
• Hands-on experience with EMEA and/or APAC markets.
• Strong network of venue contacts and event suppliers in key markets like London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Dubai.
• Demonstrated experience managing ABX programs or high-touch executive events.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously with high organizational standards.
• Comfortable with regional and international travel as required.

Nice to have

• CIM, event management qualification, or equivalent professional certification.
• Proficiency in additional European or Asian languages.
