What you will do

• Lead workstreams in supply chain planning transformation, covering demand planning, supply planning, IBP/S&OP, and inventory optimization.
• Perform current-state assessments and design future-state models using AI-enabled insights to improve decision quality.
• Design Target Operating Models, including governance, planning processes, and capability requirements.
• Create analyses and models that translate AI and analytics opportunities into clear recommendations.
• Develop transformation roadmaps linking planning strategy and AI ambition to value-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with client teams and leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and adoption.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in consulting or industry roles focused on supply chain planning or transformation.
• Solid understanding of IBP/S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or scenario modeling in operational contexts.
• Experience supporting operating model design and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations and structured recommendations.
• Interest in contributing to internal thought leadership on AI and Data Science.
