What you will do

• Conduct high-volume customer outreach via phone, email, and mail to promote and renew insurance coverage.
• Facilitate the application and underwriting process by coordinating between clients and internal underwriters.
• Present quotes to potential clients and close renewal sales.
• Document all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships by addressing inquiries and service needs.
• Serve as a backup for other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interface at all levels within an organization.
