What you will do

• Supervise daily operations, including patient admissions, medication delivery, and processing.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, accrediting, and ethical standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage center staff, including recruitment and performance oversight.
• Monitor program performance, manage revenue collection, and control expenditures.
• Address patient complaints and resolve urgent operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate training programs and internal audits to maintain high service quality.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services required.
• Proven experience in operations, compliance, safety, and quality of care.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of ethical standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work onsite in Houma, LA.
