What you will do

• Provide daily supervision to the Test Coordinator team and serve as the first line of escalation for operational issues.
• Conduct biweekly 1:1 meetings to promote engagement and track performance.
• Monitor operational metrics and ensure strict compliance with specimen handling protocols and EMR documentation.
• Oversee the supply chain, including ordering and tracking supplies for all coordination activities.
• Execute internal and external audits and perform regular quality checks on patient coordination logs.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to resolve complex cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, clinical sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role within clinical or laboratory operations.
• Phlebotomy Certificate required as per state regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for site visits and team training.
• Prior experience in oncology or phlebotomy is strongly preferred.
