What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the non-sterile compounding lab, including hazardous and non-hazardous preparations.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of compounding pharmacists and technicians thhirify.globalugh scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure rigohirify.globalus adherence to USP guidelines, SOPs, and safety phirify.globaltocols.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for non-sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Compliance, and Quality teams to optimize workflows and facility performance.
• Conduct audits to verify the accuracy and timeliness of all compounding activities.

Requirements

• hirify.globalng>Must be able to work on-site 40 hours per week in hirify.globalmeoville, IL.hirify.globalng>
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy fhirify.globalm an accredited college.
• 3–5 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy, including 1–2 years in a leadership hirify.globalle.
• Extensive knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 regulations.
• Ability to work a schedule including Monday-Friday with hirify.globaltating weekends.
• Valid pharmacist license and ability to obtain non-resident licenses as needed.
