What you will do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of flagship event portfolios, including the Fusion event and satellite experiences.
  • Own the global webinar program, overseeing strategy, calendar planning, and technical optimization.
  • Develop creative, scalable experiential concepts and templates for deployment by regional teams.
  • Build playbooks and guidance to ensure consistent event execution across local markets.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Campaign Managers to align programming with business priorities.
  • Manage event technology platforms and coordinate with agencies and experiential partners.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, experiential, or field marketing.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
  • Experience creating scalable event frameworks and repeatable global programs.
  • Deep understanding of how event strategy supports demand generation and pipeline goals.
  • Experience managing webinar and virtual event platforms.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
