What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and systems that operate reliably at scale in production
• Build and maintain ML infrastructure including feature stores, model serving platforms, and real-time inference pipelines
• Embed on product engineering teams to collaborate with data scientists, PMs, and engineers translating research into production systems
• Solve ticketing-specific challenges like real-time pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and fraud detection
• Develop automated ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring using MLOps best practices
• Evangelize ML capabilities across teams to integrate into core product offerings

Requirements

• Location: Must be in the United States for remote work
• Experience building and deploying ML systems in production, including scale and business impact
• 4+ years software engineering with 2+ years in ML systems and MLOps
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, batch/real-time ML, model serving, A/B testing, monitoring
• Product mindset focused on user experience, reliability, and business impact
