Salary: $185,000–$230,000/year

What you will do

• Develop ML models and custom analytics for image, video, text, geospatial, and time series data.
• Orchestrate complex data engineering pipelines to support mission-critical deployments.
• Contribute to the development of Chariot, the proprietary AI operations platform.
• Collaborate with customers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers to define requirements.
• Engage directly with customers to shape the product roadmap based on field insights.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, ML, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret (or above) US security clearance and US citizenship.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or scikit-learn.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Demonstrated experience delivering data-centric systems.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or agentic systems.
• Experience deploying software into containerized or cloud environments.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in secure government environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring small, cross-functional engineering teams.
