What you will do

  • Identify, target, and win new customers in the Estonian commercial sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, services, and marketing teams to progress opportunities.
  • Engage business and IT decision-makers to articulate the value of software and cloud offerings.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Valid working visa for Estonia required.
  • Fluent Estonian and strong English (written and spoken) required.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Strong prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of cloud, software licensing, or IT services.
