Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia. Work arrangement: Hybrid.

What you will do
- Identify, target, and win new customers in the Estonian commercial sector.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, services, and marketing teams to progress opportunities.
- Engage business and IT decision-makers to articulate the value of software and cloud offerings.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Valid working visa for Estonia required.
- Fluent Estonian and strong English (written and spoken) required.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing skills.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of cloud, software licensing, or IT services.
