What you will do

• Search for, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners and traffic sources.
• Monitor traffic quality and analyze performance metrics to optimize CPA and RevShare models.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities with partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms to establish and maintain long-term high-value partnerships.
• Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and sportsbook teams to improve overall partner performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience working with traffic sources and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English communication skills.
