What you will do

• Execute end-to-end compliance assurance reviews according to the annual EMAP plan.
• Define testing approaches and maintain detailed documentation for assigned engagements.
• Analyze control effectiveness to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Prepare structured reports detailing findings, risks, and required remediation actions.
• Collaborate with business owners and management to agree on practical solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to support the overall management of compliance risk.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in monitoring, testing, assurance, or audit within regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in a large regulated organization, preferably within Financial Services.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations and their key principles.
• Ability to investigate issues, analyze data, and prepare actionable reports.
• Confidence in discussing risks and findings with business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional audit qualifications such as ACCA, CIA, or CISA.
