Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid media experience in agency or platform environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency running campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and programmatic channels.
• Proven track record of overseeing significant budgets with direct accountability for ROI.
• Solid grasp of performance marketing principles and lower-funnel customer acquisition tactics.
• Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Background in gaming, sports betting, or interactive entertainment industries.
