What you will do

• Design and lead an AI-native product marketing function by architecting strategic spines and agent-driven workflows.
• Own the core product story, value propositions, and messaging framework across all segments and regions.
• Orchestrate strategic GTM playbooks and build always-on infrastructure for feature releases and adoption.
• Establish automated systems for customer, competitive, and market intelligence.
• Lead, coach, and develop the PMM team, defining the operating model for human-agent collaboration.
• Partner on pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions to translate technical capabilities into buyer value.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS.
• 8+ years leading PMM teams in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Proven success launching technical SaaS products and driving hybrid PLG/SLG strategies.
• Demonstrated experience designing workflows where AI/agents handle execution within human-defined frameworks.
• Deep understanding of SaaS monetization, pricing, and packaging.
• Experience with adtech, martech, data, analytics, or cloud platforms.
