Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in office).

What you will do
- Define and operationalize product narratives, positioning, and messaging frameworks across all verticals and platforms.
- Lead GTM launch strategies for new products, platform enhancements, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Equip commercial teams with sales plays, competitive intelligence, and value-based narratives to drive ARR growth.
- Partner with AI Solutions and engineering teams to translate technical developments into market-ready value propositions.
- Build, manage, and coach a high-performing, globally distributed marketing team.
- Collaborate with Sales and Segment leadership to define ICPs and refine customer-centric workflows.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in product marketing within a data, SaaS, AI, or analytics-led organization.
- Deep experience in the energy or natural resources industry.
- Expertise in GTM strategy, segmentation, ICP development, and value messaging.
- Demonstrated experience leading globally distributed teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort managing ARR, pipeline, and performance dashboards.
- Must be able to work from the London office at least 2 days per week.
