What you will do
- Support and train dealers and regional teams on digital marketing products, services, and best practices.
- Conduct program performance reviews and deliver ongoing consultative services to drive measurable improvements.
- Analyze and report on digital performance metrics to identify growth opportunities for dealers and regions.
- Recommend vendors and ensure dealer alignment with approved program offerings and cross-tier program benefits.
- Educate dealers on effective digital marketing strategies and lead management best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve digital marketing challenges and provide guidance on OEM digital systems and processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years working in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive digital marketing, including websites, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, leads, CRM, marketing analytics, and ROI.
- Experience working with dealers or dealer groups on digital marketing programs, consulting, or executing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including leading internal and external meetings and group presentations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership.
