Salary: $165,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies to address complex client needs.
  • Collaborate with account management teams on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and post-renewal analysis.
  • Maintain accountability for revenue, profitability, and project success across client accounts.
  • Oversee client onboarding and implementation plans to ensure service delivery excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors to optimize benefit procurement.
  • Monitor industry trends and compliance requirements to provide proactive advisory services.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of benefits consulting experience required.
  • Valid life and health insurance license required.
  • Strong knowledge of Health Care Reform, insurance products, and funding alternatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications.
  • Ability to influence and interact effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
