What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, tasks, and documentation using Zoho Projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client project managers.
• Monitor daily progress to identify and resolve risks and blockers before they impact delivery.
• Facilitate change order processes by assessing scope impacts and obtaining approvals.
• Produce detailed status reports, executive summaries, and project dashboards for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or healthcare technology environment.
• Bachelor's Degree and PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in healthcare technology, EHR/EMR systems, or Health Information Management (HIM).
• Proficiency with Zoho Projects (or equivalent), Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to SQL, database management, or application development workflows.
