What you will do
- Resolve escalated customer issues by debugging complex problems in distributed systems.
- Analyze and fix code issues using Java, C++, and Angular.
- Troubleshoot RDBMS (Postgres, SQL Server) and web server technologies (Apache, Tomcat, Nginx).
- Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Create detailed technical documentation for issues and resolution processes.
- Mentor and coach Level 1 and Level 2 support representatives.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Experience in software development or L3 support roles.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, and UI technologies.
- Strong experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Must be able to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
