TL;DR
NOC Analyst: Monitoring and maintaining mission-critical cloud environments with an accent on incident triage, log correlation, and production support. Focus on managing the incident lifecycle, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring system stability within a 24/7 operational framework.
Location: Must be based in Brazil. The role requires working a rolling 3 days on / 3 days off schedule (8-hour shifts) synchronized with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do
- Monitor system health using observability tools like Datadog and LogicMonitor.
- Act as the primary point of contact for production alerts, performing initial triage and log analysis.
- Manage the incident lifecycle, including prioritization, escalation, and documentation in ServiceNow and Jira.
- Coordinate with development teams to provide technical analysis and support faster resolution.
- Communicate incident status clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate incident records and perform structured shift handovers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support and incident management experience.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or LogicMonitor.
- Solid understanding of DNS, load balancing, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rolling shift schedule synchronized with EST.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to remain calm during critical incidents.
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Exposure to PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Amazon RDS.
- Experience in NOC, SOC, or L1/L2 technical support roles.
