What you will do

• Architect and develop partner services that leverage the hirify.global platform to enhance partner offerings.
• Identify and qualify new ways for SIs, consultancies, and MSPs to derive value from the platform.
• Manage technical relationships and build trust with stakeholders from engineers to executive sponsors.
• Deploy, operationalize, and extend the hirify.global Platform through R&D and custom solution building.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Alliances Business Development team to align technical efforts with business goals.

Requirements

• BS degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience working with partners and integrating software solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint security, systems management, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in utility scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Must be based in Germany.
• Proven track record of driving technical projects from conception to implementation.
