What you will do

• Map customer processes and structures into product capabilities and data models.
• Drive the elimination of internal and customer-side bottlenecks to resolve issues.
• Engage with customers to address technical issues submitted via the Success Portal.
• Interface with Product Managers to advocate for assigned accounts.
• Provide training to customers based on specific use-case requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• 1-2 years of customer support experience in the computer network security industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of security solutions including Linux, network architecture, firewalls, and proxy technologies.
• Proficiency in writing API integrations and managing tasks via Jira.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to senior executives.
