Leader Multifunctional Team (d/f/m) for Transparencies (Aerospace)

Location: Donauwörth, Germany; on-site work at the Airbus site

Airbus Helicopters develops helicopters from initial concept through airworthy products at its Donauwörth site.

What you will do

• Develop strategic sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and aircraft transparency-related parts and services.
• Secure procurement for serial and spare parts, repairs, and services in cooperation with operative procurement.
• Lead price, value, development, production investment, frame, and service-level contract negotiations within the assigned mandate.
• Manage requests for proposals, supplier analysis, supplier selection, and supplier evaluation activities.
• Resolve delivery shortages, invoice discrepancies, and quality issues with suppliers and interface departments.
• Maintain SAP procurement data and monitor relevant procurement markets.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration and/or engineering.
• Experience managing international selection and development projects for aircraft products.
• Expertise in commercial, financial, contractual, and project management.
• Understanding of aeronautical systems development processes and quality processes in the aviation industry.
• Strong communication, teamwork, conflict-management, and collaboration skills with international partners.
• Negotiation-level English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or German.
