What you will do

• Partner with the Quality Manager to maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Cybersecurity Management Systems (CSMS).
• Drive a culture of quality and safety while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/SAE 21434.
• Conduct quality assurance process audits and functional safety audits for software projects.
• Collaborate with development and product management to balance safety, quality, and commercial requirements.
• Support internal and external quality audits and contribute to quality-related responses for RFPs.
• Assist software development teams in adhering to product life-cycle models and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in software development environments with a focus on quality and project management.
• Hands-on experience in software development life-cycle (requirements, design, code, test).
• Direct experience implementing compliance for standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or ISO/SAE 21434.
• Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Experience in process modeling and quality management system auditing.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASPICE or provisional/competent assessor certification.
• Knowledge of additional standards like IEC 62304, DO-178C, or CMMI.
