What you will do

• Lead regional creative strategy, defining campaign ideas, messaging, and brand direction.
• Adapt global brand campaigns into culturally relevant concepts for Latin American audiences.
• Act as the primary liaison between the LATAM team and the global Creative Studio.
• Manage and mentor the Social Media & Content Manager to ensure consistent creative execution.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory standards.
• Track campaign performance and use data insights to refine creative strategies.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in brand or creative strategy, ideally with both agency and client-side background.
• Proven track record of building or relaunching a brand in the LATAM market.
• Deep cultural fluency across key Latin American markets.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to manage creative teams.
