What you will do

• Manage the creative briefing process for all paid media assets, including digital and social AV.
• Coordinate content mapping meetings with internal leadership and media teams.
• Oversee the approval process for creative materials and trailer assets.
• Distribute approved advertising materials to media agencies and partners.
• Manage material deadlines and provide creative direction summaries to the marketing team.

Requirements

• Creative Agency background and experience is essential.
• Thorough knowledge of technical requirements for paid media formats, including file specs and sizes.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Windows Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Degree in Media Communication or Marketing.
• Ability to use design-based programs such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or InDesign.
• Passion for movies and content.
