What you will do

• Lead the mapping of existing architecture and analysis of current capability gaps.
• Develop a vision for solutions architecture and a strategic roadmap for the practice.
• Establish technical standards and coordinate ways of working across the technology organization.
• Collaborate with product teams, AI centres, and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Enforce cross-functional requirements including GDPR, Security, and Operability.
• Mentor technical leaders and foster a collaborative engineering community.

Requirements

• Experience in software development and system architecture.
• Proficiency in Agile environments, trunk-based development, and CI/CD.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to design creative solutions.
• Must be based in Lisbon
• English: B2 level required
