What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape scalable technology solutions from pre-sales through implementation.
• Create technical specifications, architecture vision documentation, and conduct risk assessments.
• Design and deliver prototypes and proof-of-concepts to stakeholders.
• Lead the development of core systems and transfer architectural knowledge to engineering teams.
• Conduct technology evaluations and research new technological practices for the company.
• Guide teams of engineers and technical leads in design and implementation decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience across modern application platforms and architectures.
• 5+ years of experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise-grade systems.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Architect-level knowledge of at least one major cloud provider and cloud-native patterns.
• Solid understanding of SOA, Microservices, and pre-sales activities (estimation, solution shaping).
• Must be based in Poland and ready for business trips up to 4 weeks per year.
