What you will do

  • Support pre-sales efforts by articulating the value proposition of hirify.global SeaLights and conducting technical validations.
  • Lead discovery calls to assess customer topologies and architect tailored quality intelligence solutions.
  • Guide customers through the deployment and integration of SeaLights into enterprise DevOps ecosystems.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific adoption strategies to drive measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Mentor individual contributors within Professional Services and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting within enterprise software.
  • Amenable to reporting on a night shift schedule.
  • Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and software quality practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, Python, .Net, or Go.

  • Experience working in SaaS environments and engaging with enterprise customers at scale.
