What you will do

• Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, including Trade Allies.
• Track program submissions, budget allocation, and overall program performance.
• Develop and maintain reports to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
• Manage data entry and quality control to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with intake tracking and workflow support for energy efficiency programs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA without employer sponsorship.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, operations, or data tracking.
• Experience working with reporting, forecasting, or program performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
