What you will do

• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics using internal data sources.
• Build and refresh dashboards and reports for GTM stakeholders.
• Develop ad-hoc analysis and scenario models to support revenue forecasting.
• Summarize key metrics and trends for executive reporting materials.
• Partner with business teams to validate data and ensure reporting alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Must be able to work onsite in Irvine, California.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for business audiences.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL or hirify.global Designer.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models or B2B go-to-market concepts.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance analytical workflows.
