What you will do

• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Design recurring and ad hoc analyses covering revenue, utilization, and core business KPIs.
• Extract and integrate data from PSA tools, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Identify operational anomalies and trends to alert management to risks and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to document and improve analytics processes.
• Present actionable insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, IT, data science, or finance.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one major reporting tool like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with data extraction and integration across multiple platforms.
• Strong ability to define, calculate, and explain operational KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in resource management or process mapping.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other financial/ERP platforms.
• Exposure to automation technologies like RPA or low-code platforms.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
