What you will do

• Define and drive the architecture of scalable, reliable, high-performance systems.
• Set engineering standards and lead design reviews for critical technical decisions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features and systems with high code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and elevate the team’s technical bar through hands-on coding and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to leverage modern technologies (including AI/ML where applicable) and influence the long-term technical roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and modern development practices.
• Strong coding skills in one or more: Java, Python, C#, or similar.
• Experience designing and building cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to lead large technical initiatives and influence across teams.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
