What you will do
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Prepare job advertisements, recruitment documentation, and interview materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure compliance with labor laws and GDPR.
- Support relocation, mobility, and immigration processes by tracking documentation and timelines.
- Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement of recruitment SOPs.
Requirements
- Vocational training or qualification in HR, administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a coordination role within HR Operations or Talent Attraction.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and HR process management.
- High attention to detail regarding data accuracy and compliance.
Nice to have
- Exposure to relocation, mobility, or immigration processes.
- Additional language skills in German, Dutch, or Italian.
