Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 OTE

What you will do
- Develop and own a comprehensive strategic alliance roadmap to identify and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities.
- Drive the full partner lifecycle from prospecting and deal structuring to negotiation and activation.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with partners at the C-suite and VP level.
- Design and execute joint go-to-market plans with clearly defined KPIs and mutual accountability.
- Represent the organization at partner summits, industry conferences, and executive briefings.
- Mentor and develop other members of the alliance team to advance operational best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Deep commercial, technical, and product knowledge in the security or IT industry.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Chelmsford, MA headquarters.
Nice to have
- Sales experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
- Axis Certified Professional or industry accreditations like Cisco CCNA or BICSI RCDD.
