What you will do

• Own the technical design and implementation of significant platform capabilities.
• Develop infrastructure using cloud-native components like Kubernetes, Terraform, and VSCode extensions.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into the developer platform.
• Drive execution through high-quality code, monitoring, and reliable CI/CD practices.
• Guide junior developers and set high standards in design reviews and team processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user-facing features and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available).
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and infrastructure tools like Kubernetes or GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication skills for requirements gathering and system documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs to solve business problems.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, microservices, and release management.
• Familiarity with centralized developer platform teams.
