What you will do

• Manage managed services production environments and deploy necessary system telemetry.
• Partner with clients to architect, execute, and optimize software deployment and integration.
• Enhance product reliability and operability by contributing improvements directly to the codebase.
• Provide ongoing support including incident management, code upgrades, and system optimization.
• Advise clients on API best practices for creating necessary middleware during integration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve client issues and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience deploying and maintaining products in complex environments.
• 2-5 years of software development experience.
• Experience in a client-facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, YAML, and Bash.
• Must be based in Vancouver or surrounding cities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Rust, or Javascript.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience with service management tools like Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
