Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years at Staff or Senior Staff level.
• Deep expertise in developer infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.
• Strong backend proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional platform initiatives at scale.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work in-person 3 days per week.
