What you will do

• Administer and support enterprise OT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
• Maintain compliance documentation, evidence, and system inventories aligned with NERC CIP standards.
• Execute patch and vulnerability management activities for infrastructure systems in NERC-rated environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during implementation and maintenance projects.
• Contribute to infrastructure standards, procedures, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Server OS, virtualization, networking, and datacenter operations.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and maintain reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and climb ladders over 4 feet.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting NERC CIP compliance.
• Familiarity with IT/OT environments.
