TL;DR

What you will do
- Support UC architecture by identifying and resolving enterprise-level issues and outages.
- Implement complex call routing schemes and secure VoIP configurations per DISA STIGs.
- Conduct change, incident, and problem management to provide technical end-user support.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and lifecycle management for UC systems.
- Develop and deploy QoS policies in coordination with defense and intelligence partners.
- Maintain directory servers and provide network documentation for accreditation and auditing.
Requirements
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance to start.
- Must hold IAT III certification (CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, GCIH, or CISSP/Associate).
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Expressway, and Meeting Server.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Quantico, VA.
- Understanding of DoD 8510.01 and network security compliance.
