Salary: $117,647–$139,706 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, proactively identifying insights rather than just reporting data.
  • Design and deploy bespoke measurement frameworks linking programmatic spend to business outcomes like MQLs, SQLs, and revenue.
  • Guide clients through advanced measurement solutions such as MTA or MMM to optimize channel mix.
  • Partner with clients to navigate B2B journey nuances, connecting top-of-funnel activity to down-funnel pipeline velocity.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute thought leadership to the internal knowledge base.
  • Create and activate learning agendas, including audience cohorts, channel sequencing, and incrementality testing.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics roles within AdTech, performance agencies, or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Practical experience with MMM, MTA, or incrementality testing.
  • Proven ability to synthesize intricate datasets into compelling narratives for senior-level decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem, including CDPs, MAPs, and CRM connectors like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Nice to have

  • Domain expertise in B2B lead-to-revenue funnels and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Coding proficiency in Python or R for predictive modeling.
  • Vertical knowledge in E-commerce, Retail, or CPG analytics.
