About the Role

You will power marketing analytics by leading data engineering efforts to design scalable ETL pipelines ensure data governance and security and collaborate with marketing product and data teams to deliver actionable insights across acquisition retention and lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business related field such as Data Analytics Statistics Economics Marketing or related discipline
  • 6-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics business intelligence or data analytics roles preferably in fintech tech or high growth environments
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake and Redshift
  • Hands on experience with BI tools such as Looker and Metabase and building scalable dashboards for business stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts including attribution models funnel analysis AB testing and performance marketing metrics
  • Experience working with marketing data sources such as Hubspot Google Analytics CRM systems and ad platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence marketing strategy through data
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the design development and optimization of marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks in BI tools such as Metabase ensuring visibility into core KPIs such as MQL CAC LTV funnel conversion rates and campaign ROI to the overall pipeline
  • Work in a continuous feedback loop with rev ops data product managers and data engineers to refine data models improve data quality and ensure marketing analytics requirements are captured and scalable with the CRM tools
  • Lead deep dive analyses on marketing performance customer acquisition channels performance and lifecycle behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimization levers
  • Write advanced SQL queries to extract transform and model large scale marketing and customer datasets for both recurring reporting and exploratory analysis
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to define measurement frameworks attribution models and success metrics aligned with business goals
  • Drive customer segmentation product feature usage analysis cohort analysis and customer journey analytics to support targeted campaigns product feature development activation optimization and retention initiatives
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across marketing data sources such as CRM ad platforms and web analytics and contribute to scalable data models and documentation
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non technical stakeholders
