What you will do

• Define and maintain business capability models, value streams, and target operating models aligned with the Group Data Transformation strategy.
• Architect end-to-end, data-driven business processes enabled by advanced analytics and AI.
• Support the development of transformation roadmaps into coherent, time-boxed business waves.
• Partner with Project Managers, Product, Data, and Technology teams to ensure architectural intent is translated into delivery.
• Provide architectural direction and assurance across initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic standards.
• Engage senior stakeholders to build commitment to data-led and AI-enabled change.

Requirements

• Significant experience in business architecture, including capability modelling and operating model design.
• Proven experience working on large, cross-functional transformation initiatives in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of how data, analytics, and AI enable business outcomes.
• Experience structuring complex change into deliverable waves, balancing pace, risk, and long-term value.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts.
