What you will do

• Define and validate technical guidance, including architecture principles, styles, policies, and standards.
• Coach and mentor engineering staff on the pragmatic application of software design principles and coding best practices.
• Contribute to technical strategy and formal architecture delivery roadmaps for the assigned portfolio area.
• Make critical architectural decisions impacting the entire distributed Payments platform.
• Lead architecture and design activities throughout the delivery lifecycle and verify code quality.
• Participate in coding activities to support design outcomes up to 50% of the time.
